This is a quick post highlighting a scrumptious dessert discovered one classy afternoon at TWG Tea Salon and Boutique in Pavilion, Kuala Lumpur. The Singapore Surprise is the texture and consistency of a velvety crème brûlée on top which conceals a layer of fresh tart raspberries underneath. Rich enough to share, but also just right for nibbling with tea to drag out the experience of coveting one all to yourself.

Great question. Not sure about the Singapore bit, but the berries are a surprise underneath as you don't see them from the top.

I've been to TWG in S'pore many times but didn't know there's a Singapore Surprise in the menu. Mmmmmm….. yummy!
