Some of these here are new to me, and your photos look really good. Must try! My default for Pork is Marco Polo Restaurant, Wisma Lim Foo Yong. Consistently good crispy Siew Yoke and Suckling Pig. Also try the Roast Duck – excellent with a good corkage free Pinot! I have blogged about it – can give the link if you would like it.
OMG!!! That first one looks absolutely stunning, with the thick gravy and all. Irresistible, that's for sure.

By the way the camarelized roast pork with garlic cloves served at Boathouse in Taman Tun Dr Ismail is to die for!!! There's nothing like it around!
