Canoodling, Bangsar Village II, Bangsar, Malaysia

I’ve had some hits and some misses for my personal taste preferences at Canoodling, but two no fails for me are:
1. Red Curry Duck Confit Noodles – Black charcoal noodles with red Thai curry, lychees, crispy duck leg and fresh basil sprigs.
2. Canoodling salad – crispy mix of green leaves and seeds with a light sweet dressing.

  1. something difference.. black charcoal noodles with curry.. nice…

  2. wonder how the black charcoal noodles taste like =/

  3. I've only been there once. Didn't quite like it either =)

    • I given it a couple of shots and found some delicious dishes like the one above. I also like their Oodles of Noodles, but I've had a couple of dishes that were not my personal taste preference too.

  4. Used to go there occasionally for lunch during weekdays when my office was nearby. My two favourites are Lam Mee and Hor Fun with Shredded Chicken. I've yet to try their Red Curry Duck Confit though…

    • Red Curry Duck Confit is definitely worth a try. I think hubby had their Lam Mee last time we visited. Shall try Hor Fun next time round. 🙂

  5. The salad looks good to me! I will happily much on that and leave hubby to his curries. It takes quite a bit of coaxing for me to take curries with coconut milk especially if its in one whole portion on my own.

  6. How's the texture of the charcoal noodle? It doesn't look like spaghetti O.O

  7. I remember the first time we saw the black noodles in the duck confit, we were so shocked! haha

  8. I've been there once, it's quite good, we quite like it, tried their rice dishes as well, quite impressed! ^^

  9. I fell in love with the first photo!
Black charcoal noodles are not made of charcoal right??? ;)) That'd be interestingly untasty! :p
I'll have duck then tomorrow! Thank you!
