This year I made a resolution that I wouldn’t wait until the end of 2013 to publish our most loved restaurants and food finds in Kuala Lumpur. Rather than face the difficult job of remembering a year’s worth of dining goodness, we’d publish a running list a little more frequently. So here are our favourite places in Kuala Lumpur for the first quarter.

What have been your favourite dining experiences so far in 2013?
Errr. great list but too bad that there's only one streetfood dimsum in there!
See, that's where you come in and say… "I must take you to my fav dim sum places," and I say, "yes please!" 😉
Chocolate Sphere with Berries and Warm Chocolate Tea is my fave from the desserts I have eaten this year:D
I'd love to know what's on your list Missy!
I'd go for the smoked duck…and the Sunday roast.
Both excellent choices. 🙂
Oh gosh, you've eaten so much but still can stay slim, so jealous!
Run, run, run… 😉
wow, talk about food porn! this post should come with a warning label: "not safe for hungry readers"! heheh 😀
Ha ha! Too true! I wonder if I'll be alive the day they introduce technology where you can connect your brain to the computer and relive the initial experience.
what a list!!! keep them coming dear…. great job….
I'd love to hear your favs Jen!
omg this is an amazing list. Thank you for this! I want to go out and eat everything you've listed!
You're welcome. Do send along your favourites. Would love to know your thoughts. 🙂

the list is great but that tim sum place called Mee Bon sucks big time and I am shocked!
Really? A bunch of locals have recommended it numerous times over the years… that's why we visited. We loved it. Maybe, as expats we found the environment a lot of fun. Piyu, why are you not fond of Mee Bon and which dim sum places do you recommend? I'd love to follow some of your leads. 😉
