With time set aside for a two hour treatment, I booked in
for a facial and a Balinese massage. The Elemis Skin Specific Facial sounded
just what I needed to perk up my complexion after an extended working week
combined with too little sleep. This deep cleansing facial claims to “combine
the power of absolutes with true premium grade essential oils, to treat the
skin at the deepest level.” The skin is stimulated and oxygenated with massage
movements drawn from this region of Asia, not only leaving you with glowing
skin but a balance of body and mind too.

I was surprised upon entry to the treatment room with glass
walls lined with gardens, and an outdoor shower and bath. Heaven! In the middle
of the city! Completely unexpected, the indoor outdoor treatment space already
began bringing peace to my mind even before the therapist began working her
magic.

my mind and body into a state of calm and reawakening. The therapists are
clearly highly trained and professional in every manner.

love the outdoor bathroom… so gorgeous!
since i work in the office block adjacent to the sheraton, this pampering is theoretically just a one-minute elevator ride away for me. must remember it the next time i'm feeling stressed out at work 😀
