Been to Penang so many times but never been to HRH – so far and taxi fare's over RM100 one way. All the cutthroat drivers there! RM15 to any place within the city centre. Tsk! Tsk!
Taxis are a such a scam in Penang! We've driven the last couple of times avoiding their games.

You could try the Rapid Penang buses to Batu Ferringghi. There are a few, from the Bayan Lepas Airport and from George Town.
